1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Revivo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Revivo provides AI-powered photo animation services that transform still photographs into short animated videos. The Service allows users to upload photos, process them using our animation technology, and download the resulting animated content.

3. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method associated with your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Credits & Payments

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when animations are generated. All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may vary based on the plan or package selected. Credits do not expire.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase. If you are unsatisfied with the Service within 14 days of your initial purchase, contact us at hello@myrevivo.com for a full refund. Refunds on subsequent purchases are handled on a case-by-case basis. Unused credits from refunded purchases will be revoked.

6. Subscriptions & Cancellation

If you purchase a subscription plan, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.

7. User Content & Ownership

You retain full ownership of any photos you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant Revivo a limited, non-exclusive license to process your photos solely for the purpose of providing the animation service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use your photos for any purpose other than delivering the Service to you.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to use
• Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or harassing
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service or its technology
• Overwhelm or disrupt our systems through automated or bulk requests

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

9. Intellectual Property

The Revivo name, logo, website design, and underlying animation technology are the intellectual property of Revivo and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Revivo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if we believe you have violated these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
