4. Photo Storage & Processing

Your photos are encrypted during upload and while stored on our servers. Photos are processed solely to generate your animation and are not used for training AI models, shared with third parties, or used for any purpose beyond delivering your requested animation. You may request deletion of your photos at any time by contacting support.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with the following service providers, strictly to operate the Service:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Meta (Facebook) — advertising attribution via Meta Pixel
• Google Analytics / PostHog — anonymized usage analytics

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Uploaded photos are stored for up to 90 days after processing to allow re-downloads, after which they are automatically deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting support.
