1. Respect for Intellectual Property

Revivo ("we", "us", "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content available on or through Revivo infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered, a representative list.
  • Identification of the infringing material: A description of the material you claim is infringing, including the URL or other specific location on Revivo where the material can be found. Provide enough detail so we can locate it.
  • Your contact information: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • Accuracy statement: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.

3. Submitting Your Notice

Please send your DMCA takedown notice to our designated copyright agent at:

Email: dmca@myrevivo.com

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our designated agent. Your counter-notification must include:

  • Identification of the removed material: A description of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • Good faith statement: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which Revivo may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.
  • Your contact information: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Signature: A physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who filed the original takedown notice. If the original complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed material.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

Revivo maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright. If a user is found to have repeatedly uploaded or shared infringing content, we reserve the right to disable or terminate their account at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

6. Modifications

We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Revivo after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
