Revivo offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription purchase. If you are not satisfied with the service within 14 days of your initial purchase, we will provide a full refund — no questions asked.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

• The refund request is for your first purchase with Revivo.
• The request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
• You contact us at hello@myrevivo.com to initiate the refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to hello@myrevivo.com with the following information:

• The email address associated with your Revivo account
• A brief reason for the refund request

Our team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.

4. Processing Timeline

Once your refund request is approved, processing times are as follows:

• Revivo processing: Up to 3 business days to review and approve the refund.
• Bank processing: An additional 1–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

5. Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period after the 14-day money-back guarantee window has passed. If you cancel your subscription, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period, but no refund will be issued for the remaining days.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

• Currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider
• One-time credit pack purchases after credits have been used

7. Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, we encourage you to contact us at hello@myrevivo.com before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks incur significant fees and can result in account suspension. We are committed to resolving any billing issues directly and promptly.
