Where Is My Refund?

Refund eligibility is defined in our Terms & Conditions (Section 5 — Refund Policy).

Processing Times

Once a refund has been approved, processing from Revivo takes up to 3 business days. After that, most refunds appear in your account within 1–2 business days, though some banks may take up to 5–10 business days depending on their processing schedule.

International Transactions

For international transactions, please note that exchange rates are set by your bank at the time of the refund and may differ from the original charge. Currency conversion fees applied by your bank are non-refundable.

Refund Method

Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We are unable to issue refunds to a different payment method.

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, we recommend contacting your bank or financial institution directly, as the refund may be pending on their end.
