My Payment Was Declined
If your payment was declined, here are a few things to check.
Common Reasons
- Insufficient funds — ensure your account or card has enough balance
- Card expired — check if your card's expiration date has passed
- Bank security block — some banks flag international or online transactions; contact your bank to authorize the charge
- Incorrect card details — double-check the card number, expiration date, and CVV
Try a Different Payment Method
Revivo accepts Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. If one method isn't working, try an alternative.
Update Your Payment Method
Go to Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription to update your payment details.
